Empowerment the habit, every entrepreneur needs to be empowered to enabled others. What is empowerment? Empowerment is the ability to give someone authority and build confidence that is transferred positively in others. Empowerment generates energy and creates a sense of entrepreneurship. Now there are five keys to empowerment that I would like to share.

I believe  these  are essential to the entrepreneurs  success, when it comes to leading people. The first key  is to enunciate(to announce ,proclaim, or articulate ) very important that our words are pronounced, the right tone is being used, and it the word is grammatically correct to where it's not taken out of context .Yes, even when you're speaking your words should be grammatically correct. Often times because of the digital age ,people are talking as if they're texting abbreviating the words . Please be as clear and concise as possible.

“The measure of a person is not in the length of their  vocabulary but the depth of the word in the person that defines them". PG
"A fool also is full of words: a man cannot tell what shall be; and what shall be after him, who can tell him?” Ecclesiastes 10 :14

Often times people will tell you that you’ve done a great job, But if your ears are in tune with the tone of voice and your eyes with the body language you would hear different. According to UCLA  Professor Albert Mehrabian 93% of communication is nonverbal .

"Poor communication exist because of poor observation"PG

“Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee”.  Proverbs   4:25

According to the University of Missouri Various studies stressed the importance of listening as a communication skill . A typical study points out that we spend 70 to 80%  of our day communicating in some form  9%writing, 16% reading, 30% talking , and 45% listening . Studies have shown we are terrible listeners .in order for us to express our selves articulately we have to be better listeners ! It is a Divine instruction
” Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end”. Proverbs 19:20

Words are powerful  and we have to choose to be positive because “Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof”. Provebs 18:21  so when we  are speaking to others as well as ourselves we want to be an inspiration “A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word [spoken] in due season, how good [is it]!” Proverbs 15:23 we need   to affirm ourselves in prayer and praise through meditation (Hebrew meaning of meditation is to murmur which is self talk) depending on where you are motivational speakers consider talking to one self,  self talk, the church calls it meditation , and the mental institutions  call it schizophrenia . “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success”.   Joshua 1:8  It is also equally imperative that when you speak to people remember a “smile on your face puts a smile in your voice” be an encouraging person  “Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers”. Ephesians 4:29 Finally being a great listener means asking the right question , in business the “answer isn’t qualified until you ask a qualifying question”

Activity:  Ask this question to some friends but don’t enunciate just allow the words to run together . you will be amazed at how many people think you said ice cream. This is the question: what do you think about when you hear the word I Scream. This is why we must Enunciate to communicate and emancipate
