whenever new projects are suggested hesitate and vegetate want to wait until next year.and thens there auntie imitate who wants Lifeline to be like all the others ,all the other participants murmuring to themselves O brother , let’s not forget Brother Devastate who provides the voice of doom(If you Don't call in to lifeline your business will end Soon ) while Uncle Poten-Tate wants to be the big shot in the room ;but not all of the members are bad, brother facilitate and felicitate are quite helpful in Lifeline matters No matter what's to DO ,Cousins Cogitate and Meditate who always like to think things through ,and of course the black sheep of the family Brother Amputate who has cut himself clean off , if this is you it doesn't have to be get involved . the book of life says 22 Instead, the parts of the body that people think are the weakest are the most necessary. 23 The parts of the body that we think are less honorable are the ones we honor the most. The private parts of our body that aren't presentable are the ones that are given the most dignity. 24 The parts of our body that are presentable don’t need this. But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the part with less honorable . 1st Corinthians 12:22-24 Everyone can make a difference when we stop being indifferent. let the husband commentate who's telling everyones business be the church clerk now he can talk about God's business, uncle rotate who's trying to change everybody because god changing him make him the bible worker . and brother amputate who cut him self clean off make him the usher he may not be the first to leave and the last to arrive; but at least he can still sit in the back. My point is your business will always be a revolving door if you don't involve people in their gifting so they can evolve in their purpose and expand your ministry or your business!

How many things must we leave undone, before we realize we're just beating against the air.Question are you doing everything because they can't handle it or are you just compensating for your inability to handle everything.That’s not busyness it’s actually dizziness, stop spinning and get a grip on your life! It’s amazing how many leaders of organizations are just functional because of the leaders dysfunction. I love that song ,”Man in the Mirror” Don't be discouraged because your people haven't the courage to stand. Students often reflect the habits of their teacher. Who is your example,be careful whom you criticize when you can stand to be critiqued yourself. In the words of Apostle Paul “And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God”? It’s time we make a change , I'm talking about the man in the mirror,The greatest change in my ministry was the change that started within me.I've fallen too many times, as we all;but real trouble begins if you don’t get up.
Now days everyone has a goal but the problem is you not playing to win. Are you carrying your playbooK (BIBLE) or is your BIBLE ( playbook) carrying you? I know what it’s like to burn so many bridges you feel stuck and can't move, I know what it's like to be in the river on the bank, I know what it’s like to be bailed out of jam and not able to return the favor until years later.and I know what it’s like to be called of greatness and the only thing greater in your life is your pain and your praise. I often ask the Lord how am I going to restore his people, when I myself am empty? I heard if you just be faithful with that which is least you'll reign over much.You can’t recover from debt if you're drowning in debtors .I had to make a decision to write my restoration plan , and take back my life. the desire to accomplish is sweet to the soul,at the end of the day “Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. MVP's don't get upset because their setup for victory- Mvp KeyAny enterprise is built by wise planning, becomes strong through common sense, and profits wonderfully by keeping abreast of the facts. -Proverbs 24:3-4 (TLB) Don't Just spend your time planning, take your time. Many times as a rookie I've made plans that fell through. That's usually what happens when you don't follow through. I had to learn the hard way when plans didn't make cents it's usually nonsense.The Book of life commands us to do things decent and in order. Job stated "I have ordered my cause and now I shall be justified. According to the SBA 50 percent of businesses fail in the first year and 95 percent fail within five years. ... Many reports on business failures cites poor management as the number one ... fail because of fundamental shortcomings in their business planning.I have learned as a MVP that some of my teammates faculties may be questionable ;that doesn't mean that they're not good faculty. MVP's must be willing to listen more than they talk because influence starts with interest. Most of my life as rookie mvp i've been the subject of many conversations and so will you. Commentary is never an issue when you're great at communicating the issues. The book of life states :A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men. Proverbs 18:16. Just a couple of questions to get you thinking How can your gift make room or opens doors for him, bringing him access to important people as it says in the International Standard Version if you will not use your gift just for tonight i would like to substitute the word gift with the word niche. How can your niche open doors and give you access to important people if you don't understand or value your niche because you have itching ears and your eye can never be single So tonight I want you to focus and listen to the concept or steps, because tonight we will learn what a niche is, we will learn 3 reasons why we don't share our ideas, and last but not least we will learn 10 steps to becoming a self publish author.

My Question to you tonight on the lifeline How can you , your gift make room for you if you don’t recognize the value in your gift. Some of you on the call tonight waiting for your big payday, i'm not talking about the candy bar as my son would say i'm talking about cash money yo!
When I decided to go back to Try Jesus, I walked to church it was a hot day, i'm just singing and shouting all the way to church. anyway as i was on my journey i passed over what appeared to be a nickle, yesss I kept walking. So many of us pass over what we think is an obstacle, so many of us are so busy and wonder why we out of business.How many times put what comes natural to you on the back burner and keep reaching for the unnatural.Something in me said go back don’t pass over it ,it might be useful that day . so I turned back and went and pick up that which i thought was a nickel was indeed a quarter. I said to myself How many times have i missed an opportunity because i thought it wasn't enough for me.
There are three reasons we don’t share our ideas:
1.) we don’t believe we have enough to make it happen
2.) we don’t want nobody to steal the concept
3.) we don’t value what we have to offer
Most of the time we don’t find out about the witty inventions because we’re indulging in what we want, It’s funny in school and college English was one of my worst subjects , I could barely read and I can hardly right neat with a pen or a pencil; but i love to write self help books.. this is for those authors who want to make a little money and get their name out there. Identity Crisis: Sins
of My Father
Key Text: Ezekiel 3:17-22
When I was nineteen, I was determined I would not be like my
father; but the more I got to know him the more I discovered I was him. One day,
my dad came to my house and injected himself with drugs. I think he was so high
he didn’t realize I saw him. I was not so concerned about him, but would I be
like him. My dad was once called a hustler, now they are called drug dealers.
To hustle you have to be able to think quickly on your feet (lie). My dad was a
con man always looking for a way to work the system. When my dad came with a
gift I always knew in the far reaches of my mind the cost was too high. A wicked [man] taketh a gift out of the
bosom to pervert the ways of judgment. Proverbs 17:23. One day while I was
driving, I refused to allow him to con me into doing something that was illegal;
he then started to punch me in the face.
I was trying to keep control of the wheel; but I couldn’t and I ran off
the road. Everything my dad told me he would do to help me, he never did. I
became so accustomed to disappointments; I began making excuses for him. All I
ever wanted was my dad to come get me out of my abusive foster home and spent
some time with me. But, just as Judas denied Jesus, my father denied me. Therefore
thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou
judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same
things. Romans 2:1. I spent most of my life trying not to be him;
that I AM. 1st Corinthians
12:26-27 And whether one member suffer,
all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members
rejoice with it. Now ye are the body of
Christ, and members in particular. We have to be so careful how we live our
lives; because it can have a traumatic effect on others around us. One point I would like to make clear, is that
you may be bound by blood; but never through sin of another.Don't allow your burdens to bury you! Ezekiel 18:20 says,
the soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the
father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the
righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the
wicked shall be upon him. It would
be ashamed to do everything right and miss heaven because you chose not to
share the gospel with a loved one. Which
say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These
[are] a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day. Isaiah 65:5.
When we just as Paul, learn to Identify with Christ; the identity crisis will
be over. Paul said “I am crucified with
Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life
which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved
me, and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20.

When I was born both of my parents were drug addicts; I was considered a crack baby. I was born with (EB) epidermolysis bullosa and fibromyalgia because of the blisters and abrasions on my body I was called all kinds of names. I was abused four fourteen years of my life molested by men and women. Beaten until my skin would break, then I was forced to take a bath in bleach water because they were trying to sanitize my skin. I was confused and angry to the point I was labeled Emotionally Handicapped until the age of 16. Most people call me a problem child, but one lady I met didn’t act like the others, she simply ask, “what’s your problem child”? Finally, I told someone and I was punished for almost six months up until the day I left. It was a hard adjustment learning how to be loved and give love. My foster mother, Rachelle Grant, no matter what I did wrong or right she made me precious in her sight. The late Pastor Abe Brown Sr. pastor of First Baptist Church of College Hill and Pastor of the Prison Crusade began to mentor me. He became my lifeline. His resounding message to me was “be a motivator for Christ and not a manipulator in life”. I accepted his challenge. There are and have been many mentors in my life, but it was him who made me change direction.
In 2009, at Walmart,a pallet-jack fell off a truck onto my head. The assistant manager called 911 but the phone rung busy. I pulled out my cell phone and used the voice activation to say “call my mom”. It was 1am! Mother is never up, but this time she was I was trying to tell her what was going on, blood gushing everywhere. She told me what to do, but I didn't hear a word she said. They said “I was praying and preaching and telling folk what to do”. I only remember saying “if You let me live Lord, I’ll serve You”. All of sudden, I felt the need to sit up the doctor said “that was one of the things that s
aved my life”.Funny because the previous morning, say 2am, I couldn't think of reason why I wanted to live, too much hardship. The near death experience will reminded me quickly.
